The Challenge
The Covid-19 pandemic upended a marketer's playbook, challenging the existing rules about customer relationships and building brands. It is not a topic to be celebrated and discussed openly. We must find a way to 'package' it into part of the storytelling.
Schools are closed during the pandemic, and students missed opportunities like information day to learn more about the advantages, technology and features of HKU School of Nursing.

The Solution
We created a series of 3 recruitment videos, each featuring a key topic from the opportunities, technology and the teacher-student relationship, which is the Nursing School's pride.
We engaged potential new students through a mixed use of panel discussion, showcase, and a storytelling video, ultimately driving traffic to the school's homepage.

The Results
The videos accumulated 150K+ views on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram in just over three months, with a limited budget spent on paid social. Some videos could also be reused for next year's promotion to maximise efficiency.
